I can't find Smithville in the streaming area on an android phone
Greetings. I can't seem to find Smithville in the live stream whether listening or video. Am I doing something wrong?
We are not aware of any streaming outage and to our knowledge there were no overall AC Central system problems on Sunday. Therefore, if you were not able to find Smithville's stream it could have been a problem at Smithville that prevented them from streaming, a problem with your internet, a problem with your particular device, or perhaps you were doing something wrong. You would need to assist the help of someone local to determine the latter.
That's because it is a copyrighted song which we do not have permission from the publisher to place in a free application.
Historic Sermons
Hello,
I asked one of our local Tech guys this week if there was a way to upload older sermons, and he said that currently everything defaults to the date it was streamed. I was wondering if there was any sort of plan to add an upload feature that would allow a church to upload sermons from the past and input an older date so the sermons would appear correctly in the system?
I understand there are probably some storage restrictions, and that uploading every sermon in a church's archive would be a full time job that may not even result in a single listen on some sermons, but I feel like there are some older sermons that would be beneficial to the church to have available.

Your tech guy is mistaken. Any church can upload any sermon and date it appropriately. Some congregations have done just that and added historically interesting old sermons.
Thankfully, the developers got things working again by mid Sunday afternoon (Eastern time).
This is a problem in the video itself, not a bug in AC Central. We'll let the Apologetics Conference people know.
Is there any way to go back and identify, retrieve saved sermons from before the new version?
If memory serves correctly, downloaded files should have been retained during the upgrade. However, play progress wasn't. But, if you aren't seeing those, there is no way to go back and get them.
We are currently working on user accounts which in the future means you will not loose anything if you upgrade or delete the app and reinstall and it will sync all your devices that are running AC Central if you are logged in.
Prayer card on homescreen doesn't match
When I tap on see prayer on my home screen, the prayer card it takes me to does not match the one on the home screen.
Just doing some cleanup in the forum. This should have been fixed some time back. If not, let us now.
Type out chorus after each verse in hymn lyrics.
I really enjoy the option to see just the lyrics of the hymns which is super helpful singing using the relatively small screen on an iphone. It would, however, be helpful to me if the refrain or chorus was typed out after each verse instead of the <Ref> or <Cho> that is presently written there. What happens now is if I'm singing I need to scroll all the way to the bottom after each verse because that's where the chorus is written. Depending on the length of the song it can be a substantial amount of scrolling back and forth. If it was written out after every verse no scrolling would be necessary.
Video unable to play
I am trying to watch the "Starting a church in Jamaica" Around the Table video, but it shows an error saying "Sorry. Because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here." I received this message both on my iPhone and PC computer.
