The 2020 virtual conference was an abbreviated event. There were only two featured speakers, plus a video roundtable discussion. A video recording of the entire event can be accessed on the denomination website.
Stream volume is determined by the audio settings at the church. They need to adjust the output from their mixer which goes into their streaming computer's audio input.
Sermon uploads are done by each church. We do not have any control over when or if they upload sermons.
This is not currently available. However, an all-new AC Central is in the works so this is something that could be considered once the initial work gets completed. What type of "local church requirements" are you needing to meet?
That is on the roadmap. We have a number of planned features which will require user registration and saved preferences. All of that will be down the road a ways due to limited budget.
A completely new AC Central system is in the works and it includes just that feature. It will likely be available late this summer.
A completely new AC Central system is in the works. Once it launches, likely late this summer, the web browser version will be nearly identical in look and functionality to the apps.
Video is not actually part of AC Central, yet. Video is being setup and delivered locally. And sound levels are controlled at each church. If you are having problems with low volume, please ask them to increase their audio output to the live stream (this applies to video and audio-only).
The system simply cannot handle the unprecedented demand we are experiencing during the coronavirus lockdown. We are doing what we can to increase server capacity and stability, but can't guarantee there will not continue to be problems for some users during peak times.

We've had a number of requests for this and do plan to include it in a future release. Work is in process on some major revisions to the app and underlying system. The current plans call for including this new feature at that point, but the exact timing is to be determined.
