You did not miss it. Hymns are not on the web version of AC Central because of the copyright restrictions on a good number of the songs. We are not licensed to make them freely available on the internet.
Not currently. However, in the relatively near future we will be rolling out the ability to increase the font size which will improve readability for those having difficulty.
Scrolling with a mouse scroll wheel is not currently supported. Instead you need to click and drag the list. In order to get to a church lower than what you initially see in the list, you need to not release the mouse button until you have drug up past the top of the website window into the browser tool bar.
Once the pointer is in the browser bar, you can release the mouse button and repeat the process.
This is not ideal and is going to be fixed soon. The developers are supposed to be working on it this week.
Is this when listening to a livestream service or something previously recorded (an archive)? Either way, please let us know your phone make and model and version of the operating system.
That is a scenario we had not considered. Please add this as an "Idea" feature request in the forum. If it gets enough votes, we can have the developers take another look at it.
Sorry, but hymns are now always loaded dynamically, which requires internet access. There was a valid reason the developers made this change, but I don't recall what it was — it was linked to some other important functionality.
We had one other use report duplicate notifications after updating. Deleting and re-installing the app fixed it for him.
This should now be working as of the 4.0.3 update.

The app does keep the currently playing audio in the Now Playing screen as long as you don't quit the app or play something else. If you do need to close the app, then there are a couple workarounds for you to quickly get back to what you were playing: you could mark the sermon as a Favorite (the heart icon) and then you could easily find it in My Favorites under ...More. Or you could download it and also quickly find it in My Downloads, also under ...More.
