I'd like to listen to AC Hymns sung, perhaps by catagories, i.e.: meditation, praise, thankfulness, repentance, holidays, etc.
Prayer widget
Create a widget (on smartphones) that has the prayer request on it. If people could access the request easier, i.e. by not having to go the app and look it up specifically. More people could remember to pray daily. Great app! Keep up the good work.

Improvements to the search engine for hymns
I'm on an Android device, although, from what I've heard, everyone experiences this, and I'm sure there is issue is platform-independent. Frequently, the search will not bring up the sought after hymn for the simple reason that the user didn't get all the capitalization and punctuation exactly the way it appears in the hymnal. It seems like it should be somewhat trivial to make the search engine a little more forgiving in that way.
Agreed. The current search behavior is not ideal. Unfortunately, fixing this issue is actually a much bigger deal than one would expect. I don't remember the technical explanation from the developers, but they'd basically have to rewrite the entire search functionality. So it is on our list of future improvements to consider, but it is well behind other higher priority items.

Hello. Is there a Swagger/OpenAPI Doc available for this service for extending this service to meet local church requirements? Or do we need to reverse engineer the service in order to utilize the APIs?
Downloaded sermon list deleted
I have lost my downloaded sermon list numerous times. Can you advise me how to fix this so that the sermon is only deleted when I choose to delete it? I have an iPhone.
Listen on Sonos, Google Home, and/or Amazon Echo
It would be nice if it was possible to cast the audio from a mobile device to Google Home or Amazon Echo or to integrate with Sonos.
Audio won't play on Iphone
I have an iphone 13 pro max and in the last two weeks, the audio won't play. it will simply be in downloading mode. I have no problems with the video as i can watch those. I have upgrade my iphone to ios 17.4.1 and i have deleted and reinstalled the app. I even tried to shut down my iphone and turn it back on. I can't seem to get it to work . Thoughts?

Adding a dark mode to the app would be a welcome change, (android)
Adding a dark mode would be less draining on devices batteries, and easier on those with sensitive eyes.
