App will not update sermons

My app will not update any sermons past May 2017. Other things update like Silver Lining and the studio update, but the sermons will not update. I have deleted and reloaded the app onto my phone, but no luck. Is there something else I should try?

The Oct 2018 app releases refresh the database much more quickly and should hopefully fix these issues.

Perhaps this discussion is a bit old, but I've had the same problem for a few months now. Initially it wouldn't update anything (including prayer requests, etc.) past April of this year. I deleted and reinstalled, and now I have nothing past May 2017. Prayer requests, studio and events won't even load at all. For reference, I am on Android 5.1 and running the current version (2.2.13) of the app. Could it be due to my older OS? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well, for some unknown reason, it just now fixed itself. I don't think anything updated or otherwise changed, but I'm glad it works again!

I wish we could take credit for that, but the developer had not started looking into it yet. Glad to hear it is working.

i'm having the same problem on my iPhone. Reinstall did not work either. Running iOS 10.3.3 and app version 2.2.12

My iPhone is running 11.2.6 and the app version is 2.2.12

having the same problem on an iPad running ios 9.3.5. AC Central version 2.2.12

We have had a few reports of people that had trouble getting the app to refresh, but normally simply quitting the app and restarting it fixes it. If not, deleting the app and reinstalling it has always worked. We are not aware of any user having an issue such as you describe that does not resolve with a reinstall. It sounds like this is a device specific problem. Are you on iOS or Android? What version of the operating system? What version of the app? We'll log this info and if others report the same problem, we'll look into it. If there are no additional reports, we'll close this bug report after a while.
