Group hymns by hymn book (filter option)
would like to have option to view hymns grouped by book, by NOT downloaded to facilitate downloading all.
Would also like to download whole hymn book or download all hymns.
Answer
While we are still prevented from showing book compilations for some of our hymn books, we did add book names next to each song. This was in the Feb 2022 app update.
Love this new feature of seeing the book when searching for a song number or keyword/phrase, thanks!
And idk how "dissatisfied" was submitted because I did not get the email until hours after the posting, and I clicked on "satisfied." Love technology. The website doesn't permit changing that rating either.
We'd like to be able to group hymns by book, too, but we are prohibited from doing so since the book compilations are copyrighted (even though most of the individual hymns are not.) For good order, please post your request to download all hymns as a separate post so this one about grouping hymns by book can be closed.

Filter by hymn book is now a feature included in version 4 of the app.
