God’s Design in Gender Distinction - Part 3?

The first two parts of this topic were very insightful.  However, they seemed to focus more on what Godly submission/headship is NOT rather than what it IS.  Perhaps it would be helpful if there was a “Part 3” (or more) to address this in more detail, and to give actionable advice on how we can apply these concepts in our relationships.
