App extends too far in android

The app is stretched too large on android. This covers the back, home, and menu touch buttons on the phone making th 5 buttons at the bottom of the screen difficult to access. It also extends too high going to the very top of the screen, making settings, search, and the top of the screen very difficult to use properly.

Thanks for the info, Eddie and Samuel. Can you also let us know when this issue first appeared? We pushed out a livestreaming bug fix app update for Android only late last week (app version 4.1.18b). Curious if that is when this started.

I don't remember exactly when but it's only been the last 1-2 weeks that i remember it so it would probably coincide with that timeframe/ release.

Thanks for reporting this, as our Android test devices do not show that. What model phone do you have and what version of the Android OS is it running?

Agree, I am having the same issues on Pixel 9a. Android 16.
