iOS v12.5.5 compatibility?
Should the AC central app work with IOS 12.5.5? When I try to open the app, it shows the startup screen but then fails to open. Have tried reinstalling the app and restarting the phone.

There is an AC Central update available now in the App store which enables compatibility with iOS 12.5.5.
Good news! Our developers believe they found a way to make AC Central 3 work on old devices runnning iOS 12.5.5. Expect an app update containing this fix (and others) before the end of 2021.
We have heard from enough iOS users by now running 12.5.5 to conclude that AC Central 3 does not work on those old devices. We have asked the developers what it would take to extend compatibility to iOS 12.5.5. If it is a reasonable cost, we will. However, our priority must be on new devices.

Our new app does not work on certain old devices and operating systems. It was designed to be compatible with recent technology in order to be more "future proof." However, we don't have an iOS device running 12.5.5 to test on so we cannot say with certainty that it will or will not work on that old operating system. We will look into this further and if we get a definitive answer, we'll update this issue.
